Since 2004, the Georgian government has carried out a series of radical economic and legislative reforms. Crime and corruption have been almost completely eradicated. This gave impetus to the country's development and to investor activity.

Summer is humid and warm, with an average temperature in July from +22 to +24C. Winter is also mild, with an average January temperature from -4 to -7C.

    • A direct Warsaw-Tbilisi connection by Polish airlines LOT has been available since September 2010. The standard round-trip price is around PLN 1,000-1,200, but you can find tickets for the price of approx. PLN 400 as well Planes from Warsaw take off at 22.30 and at dawn they land in Tbilisi.

    • You can also reach Georgian ports with other airlines than LOT, but these are indirect connections, which means they consume more time and energy. Turkish Airlines – connection via Istanbul, flights several times a week, waiting time for a change in Istanbul approx. 5 hours, which can be used for a short city tour. Ticket cost approx. PLN 2,400. Lufthansa - a flight on the Warsaw-Munich-Tbilisi route and back, when purchased well in advance, currently costs approx. PLN 1,550. Airbaltic – low-cost airline – offers a round-trip ticket on the Riga-Tbilisi route, which in the case of a sufficiently quick booking costs less than PLN 500.
